Plus, changing beam angles is easy: Source Four PARs come with a set of four snap-in lenses that mount in a cool, rotating ring. That also means no more reaching into a hot can with cracked porcelain sockets. And when you need a new lamp, just use your stock of Source Four HPLs (no need to carry a large inventory of expensive PAR64 lamps).
The Source Four PAR’s compact design means more units can be mounted on a pipe or fit into a truck. Combined with reductions in power and cable requirements, Source Four PARs are perfect for touring.
There’s only one Source Four® — the fixture that changed the lighting industry. Source Four combines the energy-saving power of the patented HPL lamp, with a dichroic reflector and optical-quality lenses, for the coolest beam on the market. That means your gels, patterns and shutters last longer and your performance space stays cooler.
No other light offers such optical brilliance. Source Four’s revolutionary technology gives you a clean white beam for unequaled imaging, crisp pattern projection, and a bright, even field. The EDLT lens tube option for 19º, 26º, 36º and 50º field angles makes the Source Four even better for ultra-crisp, high-contrast gobo projections. Rated for up to 750 watts, the Source Four is perfect for punching through saturated colors and performing the longest throws. Ultra-efficient for more lumens per watt: at 575 watts the Source Four literally outshines 1000W ellipsoidals. And at 750 watts, well, no point comparing – there are no other fixtures in its class.

NEXO R&D has used the advanced DSP power of the digital NX242 TDcontroller to develop an extremely compact and highly efficient method for controlling the dispersion of very large acoustical waves. The CD18 uses a pair of long excursion neodymium 18″ drivers, two amplifier channels and two channels of DSP processing to generate a cardioid or super-cardioid pattern with up to -15dB of attenuation at the rear. Yet, the enclosure is no larger than is required for proper loading of the transducers. CD18’s deliver high-impact subbass energy to the audience while keeping very low frequencies away from open microphones and reflective/reverberant surfaces. The end result is a much more controlled and coherent foundation for the mix, as compared with conventional subwoofers.
The compact GEO S830 is a high-output array module intended for horizontal tangent arrays or as a downfill element in curved (tangent) vertical arrays to establish consistent SPL in all coverage areas. The HRW™ allows the 30° S830 and 5° S805 to be coherently arrayed together. GEO S Series loudspeakers ship with 120° dispersion (in the non-coupling plane) Configurable Directivity Devices (CDD), but are field-changeable to 80° CDDs. To maximize downfill coverage, CDFs are used on GEO S830s for the bottom two rows of curved vertical arrays.
The GEO S805 is compact, high-output array module designed for use in vertical tangent arrays. The Hyperboloid Reflective Wavesource allows multiple GEO S8 loudspeakers to radiate tangent wavefronts with coherent output. The 5° wavesource is optimized for the construction of curved vertical arrays that deliver equal power to equal coverage areas for consistent SPL from front to rear of the audience area. Advanced DSP algorithms, applied by the NXAMP/NX242 TDcontroller, precisely integrate GEO S systems with CD12 SubBass cabinets, so they may be flown together, without causing any interference
between the GEO S and CD12 wavefronts.

The ARCS® Sound Reinforcement System
Requirements for smaller array configurations and shorter throw distances – but with the same quality standards as set by V-DOSC – led to the design of ARCS. Since ARCS generates a modular, curved wavefront, ARCS stands for “Arrayable Radial Coherent System”. While V-DOSC uses variable curvature arrays to perform wavefront sculpture in the vertical plane, ARCS operates in the horizontal (or vertical) plane and generates a modular, constant curvature wavefront with a radius of wavefront curvature corresponding to 1.15 meters.
